Coach and/or team parent will pick up jerseys and team photo forms on 4/23 or 4/24 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Big Willow.

Jerseys should be assigned to the appropriate player and taken by coach or team parent to Ken @ Hanus Sports to get names printed on the back for all the players.  Big Willow will be billed for this service.
